About Maya
Originally hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, Maya is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre and a minor in Creative Writing, c/o 2022.
A true multi-hyphenate based in NYC, Maya is a lover of science fiction, genre-bending music (currently jungle D&B), pilates, prose, visual arts, and further promoting diverse and equitable creative spaces.
